22 med. sized tomatoes (peeled)

5 onions, cut in chunks

2 Bell peppers & 9- 11 hot peppers

3/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup canning salt

1 cup vinegar

1 large can tomato paste


Put tomatoes, onions,and peppers in blender or food processer and process to desired consistency.Pour in to large pot and add rest of ingreidents. Cook for 30 to 40 minutes or until salsa reaches desired thickness.Have pint jars sterilized and hot. Fill jars and seal.
