Cranberry Relish

1 1/2 pounds fresh cranberries

6 oz pkg of black cherry Jello

1 orange

1 1/4 cup sugar

1 cup pecans or walnuts(chopped)


Grind cranberries and orange (quartered, peeling and all)in a food grinder or food processor. Stir in sugar and let set for 30 minutes. Mix Jello with 2 cups boiling water. Let Jello cool a little while and mix with cranberries.(Do not add any more water to Jello) Pour in to container and let set over night . Good served with turkey and dressing.
