Chocolate Eclair Dessert

2 (3 ounce)packages instant vanilla pudding mix
3 cups milk
1 (8 ounce)container cool whip, thawed
1 box chocolate graham crackers
(You can use regular graham crackers.)

1/4 cup milk
1/3 cup cocoa
1 cup sugar
2 Tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon vanilla


In large bowl of mixer beat the pudding with milk. Fold in cool whip, and beat for 2 minutes with mixer.Spray a 13 x 9 dish with butter flavored Pam. Line container with Crackers.and spread half of the pudding mixture on them. Put another layer of crackers and then the rest of pudding mixture. Put crackers on top.

Mix cocoa and sugar and stir in milk and cook for one minute, then add vanilla and butter. Cool for a few minutes and pour on top. Chill a few hours and serve.
