Ingredients:
1 cup all purpose flour
3/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 teas. almond extract
1 bag fresh cranberries
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup broken walnutsInstructions:
Mix the first 5 ingredients together and spoon in to a 10 in glass baking dish.
Wash cranberries and while still wet toss with the 1/2 cup sugar and nuts.
Put cranberry mixture on top of the other. Bake at 375 degrees for exactly 35 minutes.Cool and cut into squares.
