Cornbread Salad

Ingredients:

2 cups crumbled cornbread
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cups sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 bell pepper , diced
diced purple onion
1 bunch green onions, sliced
3 Roma tomatoes, diced
dressing
1 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 1/2 cup sour cream
1 envelop Ranch Dressing mix

Instructions:

Put cornbread in a very large bowl, add kidney beans, mix onions,tomatoes and pepper in separate bowl. Put this on top of beans , then add cheese, bacon and then corn. Mix the sour cream , mayo and Ranch mix together and put on top of corn.Cover and chill 3 hours or more. When ready to serve stir all together.
