Chicken & Pasta

1 lb. chicken breast ( cubed )
1 Tablespoon oil
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 1/4 c. water
1/2 teas. crushed basil leaves
2 c. frozen California blend vegetables.
2 c. uncooked cork screw pasta


Brown chicken in oil. Set aside.Add soup, water, basil & veg.Heat to boil and add pasta. Cook on med. heat for 10 min.Stirring often.Add chicken & cook 5 min. more. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese. Serves 4
