Mexican Chicken Manicotti

2 cups cubed cooked chicken
2 cups(8oz.) shredded Monterrey cheese
1-1/2 c.(6oz.)shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream -1 small diced onion
1-4 oz. can chopped green chillies
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup salsa
2/3 c. milk
1- 8 oz. pkg. manicotti shells


Cook shells. mix chicken, 1-1/2 c. of Monterrey cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream,1/2 of onion & 6 Tbs chilies. In another bowl mix soup, salsa, milk & rest of onion and chillies. Spread 1/2 c. in greased 13x9x2 dish. Stuff each shell with 1/4 c. chicken mixture & put on top of sauce. Pour rest of sauce on top. Cover & bake 350* for 30 min. Put the other 1/2 cup Monterrey cheese on top & bake 10 min. more.
