Mexican Soup

1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cans veg-all
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can diced tomatoes
1 can Spanish rice
1 can cream style corn
1 Qt. Tomato Juice


Brown meat & onions. Mix other ingredients and simmer for 30 min. Serve with grated cheddar cheese.
