Pineapple Casserole

20 oz. can chunk pineapple (drained)
1/2 c. sugar
2 Tablespoon flour
6 Tablespoon pineapple juice
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 stack crushed Ritz crackers
1/2 stick melted butter


Mix sugar, flour & add juice and pineapple, then add cheese. Pour in greased casserole dish. Mix butter with Ritz cracker and place on top. Bake at 350* for 30 min.
