Thai Broccoli Stir-Fry

Ingredients:

1/2 lb. beef or chicken Sliced thin
1 Tablespoon oil
1 bag (1 lb. )broccoli stir-fry
1 Tbs. Water, 2 Tbs. Vinegar
1 teas. garlic powder-1/8 ginger
2 Tablespoon peanutbutter
1/8 teas. red pepper
2 Tablespoon soy sauce
1 Tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions:

Stir-fry meat in oil.Add vegetables. & 1 Tbs. water.Cover & cook for 7 Min.Make sauce of remaining ingredients & add to stir-fry & heat through. Can be served on rice.
