Tropical Sunshine Cake

Ingredients:

1 pkg. (18.25 oz.) yellow cake mix
1 can (12fl. oz.) carnation evaporated. milk
2 large eggs
1 can ( 20 oz. ) crushed pineapple drained and divided (save juice )
1/2 cup chopped almonds
3/4 cup sifted powdered sugar
1 cup flaked coconut ( toasted )

Instructions:

Combine cake mix, evaporated. milk & eggs in large mix bowl. Mix on low speed for 2 min.Stir in 1 cup of pineapple. Pour in greased 13 x 9 in. baking pan. Sprinkle with almonds.Bake at 350* for 30 to 35 min. Cool in pan for 15 min. Combine powdered sugar & 2 Tbs. pineapple juice until smooth. Spread over warm cake. Sprinkle with coconut & rest of pineapple. Cool and serve.
