Vinegar Slaw

2 cups Vinegar
2 cups sugar
1 Tablespoon salt
3/4 teas. celery salt
3 teas. mustard powder
1/2 teas. turmeric
2 quarts shredded cabbage
1 green pepper (chopped)
1/2 cup chopped onion


Bring first six ingredients to boil and boil for 1 min. Cool completely, and mix with cabbage ,onion, and pepper. Will keep several days in the refrigerator.
