1 gallon fresh peaches(cut up with peeling still on)
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
2 1/2 cups sugar
Mix all together in large pot. Bring to boil then reduce heat. Cook on med low until thick.
This takes a while to cook. Stir often to prevent sticking. You can freeze this in pint containers or can it.Taste just like real dried peaches for fried pies.Ready for making fried pies. If you have it frozen just thaw and use as it is.It will keep several days in refrigerator.
