1 can (20 oz. ) Crushed pineapple, undrained
1 (21oz) can cherry pie filling
1 box yellow cake mix
1 cup chopped pecans
1 1/4 stick butter
Spray 13 x 9 baking dish with butter flavored Pam. Spread pineapple in bottom of dish. Spoon pie filling on top of pineapple. Sprinkle dry cake mix on top of this and smooth out to sides with spoon. ( Do not stir) Sprinkle chopped pecans on top. Slice butter and lay on top of pecans. Bake in 350 oven for 55 or 60 minutes. Serve with cool whip or ice cream. Can also be made with Blueberry, Apple or peach pie filling.
