Banana Bread

1/2 stick butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
3 ripe bananas,mashed
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 cup self-rising flour


Cream together butter, sugar and eggs until smooth. Add mashed bananas and vanilla. Mix well and stir in flour.Pour in greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown.
