Chocolate Cobbler

6 Tablespoons butter

1 cup self-rising flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 Tablespoons cocoa
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

1 cup sugar
1/4 cup cocoa

1 1/2 cup boiling water


Melt butter in an 8"x8" baking dish in a 350*F oven. Combine the flour,3/4 cup sugar, 1 1/2 Tablespoon cocoa, pecans, vanilla and milk in a small bowl. Spoon over melted butter, but do not stir. Mix the 1 cup sugar with 1/4 cup cocoa and sprinkle over batter, do not stir, Pour boiling water over the top and bake for 30 minutes at 350. Serve warm with ice cream.
